Human Resource Management
• In October of 2011, Ecolab was named one of the top 100 companies in
China for human resource management. It was recognized for its employee
training, talent recruitment and retention best practices and its corporate
social responsibility initiatives.
Operational Management and Training
● Programs such as PLAN encourage and promote the occupational learning
and skills of certain positions within the organization to be able to develop a
career and meaningful business relationship within Ecolab.
● These various programs are used to foster and develop employees and
their various specified occupational subjects. Managerial positions are
encouraged to innovate these programs through the various amount of

• With population trending to grow by 2.4 billion people by 2050, the amount
of water needed to support all life would have to rise by 40%. Ecolab is
invested into finding ways to manage how we use and reuse water for our
future.

ability to collaborate and solve anywhere from rudimentary to complex problems presented in the
