SACCF is a network of film professionals from 9 South Asian countries committed to promoting high-quality, locally produced cinema for children and young people in the region. It aims to support indigenous children's film production and talent, facilitate distribution and exhibition through local and regional collaborations, and influence policy to develop a viable children's film industry in South Asia. SACCF's activities include networking stakeholders, developing film projects and talent, producing relevant children's films, fostering international co-productions, distributing local films, including cinema in education, and reforming national and regional policies.
