The study assessed differences in punch output between three weight groups (light, middle, heavy) of elite amateur boxers. A one-way ANOVA found significant differences between groups. A post-hoc test revealed the middle group had significantly higher punch output than the heavy group. Descriptive statistics showed means and standard deviations for each group. Independent t-tests found a significant large difference between the middle and heavy groups, and between the light and middle groups. There was no significant difference between the light and heavy groups.
