Earth Is Our Home Essay
The Earth is Our Home
H–O–M–E 4 letters with deep meaning. Home is our shelter, our family, and place where your heart is. Earth is our home, our live depend on what the
earth provide and we cannot live a second without the thing that the earth provides. At the beginning, God have created the earth completely balance
with its function. The forest stands as the heart of the earth because trees provide human oxygen and absorb the carbon dioxide. The earth cooled, the
water vapor condensed and fell in torrential downpours at the right distance of the sun not too far and not too near. The earth perfect balance enables to
conserve water. The water cut channel is like the veins of the earth body. Everything has been designed perfectly link to each other's. We cannot

However, for me, I like the term of "take and give". Life is about take and give, if you taking too much it is not good for you and it is vice versa. It is
same with our relation to each other and our environment. If we use the natural resource, too much without gave it back to the earth it will destroy the
earth.
It is good to hear that most of government around the world has provide the national park, ecotourism education, rules to protect coral reef, eco
friendly product. The rule, the policy all is good. However, it would not be success without us. Every single choice for the environment that we
make determine for its sustainable. In order to save oil we can do a simple and common activity such as if we go for short distance we can go by foot.
Use water wisely; always remember that there is still people live under the lack of water condition. This is applying as well as we eat food. Reduce the
uses of pet bottle and buy eco friendly

Home Of Home Essay
Family is defined differently for everyone. Family members can live down the street or in another country. Some people have close knit families
while others do not. Similarly, home is also defined differently for everyone. Some people might believe that home is just the house they live in, and
with each move comes a new home. Others, however, believe that home is where their family is. People use family as a way to define home in slightly
different ways. For example, in her essay "On Going Home," Joan Didion writes about wanting to give her daughter "home" for her birthday. Didion
describes her home as being where her family is. In his essay, "Coming Home Again," Chang–Rae Lee uses his mother as a way of defining his home.
In the third...show more content...
While her husband does not understand many things her family talks about or why they talk about the particular things they do, Didion is most
comfortable talking about such things when she is home with her family. Toward the end of the essay Didion writes about her daughter, "I would like
to promise her that she will grow up with a sense of her cousins and of rivers and of her great–grandmother's teacups... I would like to give her home
for her birthday, but we live differently now and I can promise her nothing like that" (Didion 3). Didion wants her daughter to grow up with the same
sense of home and family that she did, along with the same sentimental values. However, because her daughter will grow up in a different time and
place than Didion did, it is unlikely that she will grow up with the same experiences. In Chang–Rae Lee's "Coming Home Again," he discreetly uses his
mother as a way of defining home. Lee uses various fond memories of his mother to illustrate the childhood he had before he went to school away
from home at Exeter. He writes, "When I was six or seven years old, I used to watch my mother as she prepared our favorite meals" (Lee 4). In
another flashback he states, "My mother could whip up most anything, but during our first years of living in this

My Dream House Essay
What I Call Home
In life everyone has their own dreams, whether it be about cars, houses, or their career. Most people I know dream to have the biggest and luxurious
houses but I was always satisfied with mine. My house is not a tiny apartment nor a huge mansion but a two story, plain brown brick cozy house with
white painted doors. The front yard is decorated with beautiful flowers; roses, lilies, violets, dahlias, daisies and much more, my mother usually plant
them. She says, "Flowers are a pleasure and perfection of nature, and they give many things to people, and it does not matter if you are rich or poor,
they give you a wonderful world which makes you feel happy". It definitely makes her and our neighbors happy. She shares the...show more content...
After dinner, majority of the time everyone goes out or straight to their rooms but occasionally we'll sit in the living room and watch television
together. My living room is probably the coziest place in my house. The walls are partially decorated with pieces of wood. It resembles the interior of
a cottage. There are four black leather couches and a wooden coffee table that sits in the middle. My mother usually makes tea or coffee for us. She'll
also bring out a bowl of sliced fruits, nuts and put it on the coffee table. After watching a movie or soap opera on satellite, everyone goes to their
room and gets ready for bed. In the mornings when I wake up, the first thing I tend to do is step outside to my backyard to get a nice fresh air. My
backyard is fairly big, also one of the main reasons why my parents decided to buy it. There's a little slide door in the dining room that leads to a
dark brown deck. You'll see a green patio table, chairs and a barbecue. Also, in the corner of my backyard you'll see a small portion of the yard
fenced. That's my mothers garden, where she grows tomatoes, peppers, onions, eggplants, parsley, lettuce, strawberries, cucumbers and many others
that I can't recall. Both my dad and my mom love to grow organic vegetables and fruits. Around my backyard you'll also see a raspberry bush, pear,
peach, cherry, apricot,

What is Home? Essay
What is home? If one looks in a dictionary the answer would come out to be, "The place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a
family or household." However, for anyone who has had an actual home, they would know that such a term goes much beyond its concrete
description. It is an impassioned aspect filled with values and foundation of nurturing. A home is not just an abode built to live in; in fact, that is
just a definition of a house. Home is a place where one not only feels comfortable, but a place they look forward to opportunely live in every day. A
home is built not by bricks or wood, but with the bond of family. A home is a place that reminds aperson of countless memories and values when he

Family is what makes a house a home; this statement is undeniably precise. A person could have every material entity in the entire world, but it
would mean nothing if he does not have someone to share it with. In other words, home is also semantically related to sharing the happiness, grief,
and material things with one's family. A home gives people a place to care about the people that mean the most to them. It is a place to tell
amusing tales, a good story, or make memorable memories with one another. Furthermore, home is more than a place; it is a feeling. It is a feeling
of contentment and happiness that they share with the ones they love. Moreover, home is when one knows they are with people that can drive them
insane in a second, and the same people can make them happy in a second as well. Home means that no matter what one is going through, no matter
how challenging life gets, there will be someone looking out for them. One knows that a place is their home when they are comfortable enough to
present a true description of themselves, because they know that they will receive definitive acceptance. It is a sanctuary for them where they can do
anything they please and not be judged afterwards. It is where one can share the absurdity of their day without any remorse or repercussions. The
reason why people say that a person only has one true home is because one will

What is a Home? Essay
The idea of home is a diverse and unimaginably audacious category to sum up in words. Home is many things and none are less vital then the next,
but to narrow down the vast category of home, I will focus on the structure of what a home is. The structure of a home can be anything especially
depending on where you look. Ranging from multi thousand square foot single family homes to high rise apartments and shacks on the side of
mudslide prone hills, the design of a house can fill any number of categories. Each and every one of the homes we live in was designed by someone
and constructed with the resources that are available or resources that can be brought in. Some choose to build a home that will stand for hundreds of
years, others build...show more content...
As sad as it is and as awful as it is to say, our world flows on money. Structures are built with money. Property is bought with money. Every material
needed is purchased with money or found. Money sadly is what builds a home. The size and quality of a home is usually directly related to how much
is spent on the home. According to the 2012 United States Census, 82,000 contractor–built United States homes started in 2012, the average contract
price was 270,500 dollars. The Social Security Office estimated that average annual income was 44,321.67 dollars. Of course homes are not paid for
in cash, but this shows that average American families are unable to purchase or build a home. So the market for used homes is great, not only is this
cheaper, but it saves space, it produces less waste, and generally provides an adequate home. Because of this never ending cycle of home switching and
the deterioration of materials homes eventually become structures in need of repair or in worst case scenarios structures awaiting demolition. Some
homes are demolished even before the time comes to make way for newer, better–looking, and more efficient structures that some argue fulfill the
needs of home owners better then the now demolished home. The pile of rubbish created is rushed away to the nearest landfill and a new structure
erected on the footprint of the destroyed classic home. Most of the time this happens in wealthy areas where land is in short supply. The needs/desires of

soft as pillows. The basketball goals would be in a room where it feels like there is no gravity. Since there would be no gravity you could fly around
and dunk the ball. The dodge ball arena would have balls that are very soft that way they don't hurt so little kids could play. The bowling alley

What Is A Place Home Essay
There is not a single place on this Earth that someone can take me that will make me feel at ease no matter how hard that person tries. The only thing
that can truly make someplace home and make me feel at ease is a place with friends, family, and a place to perform.
When I'm surrounded by family, even if it's just sharing a home cooked meal my parents or my sister and I or watching a movie whether it'd be an
action film, sci–fi or sometimes even fantasy, it brings us closer. It helps me to understand more about them. Without them, there is not a place that

Home has been the center piece of my life since I was born. It has been more than just a place for me to come in and lay my head down at night. It
always has been and always will be the safety blanket for my life. It has been the place of several memories over the course of my lifetime;

The use of the Smart Home"
The technology use of the smart home is very helpful in today's world for many reasons.Normally when you step inside your home, the refrigerator
is the first thing you go for. The refrigeration is important in both maintaining the safety and quality of many foods and enabling food to be supplied
and consumed. Sometimes the refrigerator loses its energy that cause food to be rotten, spoil and causes a large amount of smell inside your home.
That also connects to the point when you have to go out and spend plenty of money just to keep the system alive again, a couple of months later it

Home is where your heart is. It can be a one–room shack, apartment, house, or even a camp trailer. At one point everyone in their life have dreamed of

they are painted white, and I want mine to change a bit by painting with some neutral color such as beige or gray. This would still keep the same

Where Is Home For You? Essay

Where is home for you?
Home for me is where I feel the most comfortable. It might not necessarily be where I was born, and raised. Even though I do consider that one of
my homes, New York City, which is where I am from. I also consider Hampshire my home because I feel very comfortably here and I have a
community that supports me. That is what defines what home is in my sense, it is having a community and being comfortable.
Can you tell me the story behind you moving in the USA? (When, what, where, why)
On my mother's side, my family is from Haiti, she is a Haitian immigrant. She moved when she was eight years old, her father was a lawyer in Haiti.
She had five siblings –three brothers and two sister– they all moved to the US for a better life I guess, but there was also the dictatorship of Papa Doc
Duvalier. Moving to a new home was important for my grandparents. They moved to New York, to Queens. It is interesting, my mom remembers Haiti
but she considers herself to be an American because she has more distinct memory of being in the US than being in Haiti although she considers
herself Hatian as well.
My dad comes from Barbados. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, but his family is from Barbados. I think they immigrated in the 1940s or 1930s
but I am not completely sure about that.
When I grew up, my parents did not live together so I was living with my both parents, my father in Brooklyn and my mother in Harlem. Both areas

The word home can have a very different meaning depending on who you ask. While you might think that what a home is would be a easy definition,
there are often discrepancies. Different people may hold different views on what a home actually is. There are many aspects that go into the topic. Food,
family, pets, hometown, and country are some of the many factors that go into defining what a home actually is. What is the difference between a
house vs. a home? Depending on who you talk to, you may possibly get two entirely different responses. To me, the word home contains different key
essentials. The most important aspect of home for me is that it's wherever the family is. I live with my mom and dad, and my younger brother and

Moving Home Essay
Moving home is cumbersome when it comes to packing your belonging, notifying your utility providers that you have moved to a new address. It's
even more stressful to unpack and settle in your new address. Setting up your broadband internet connection is also simply very easy and quick. This
article explores the opportunities of moving to a new address especially if you have problems with broadband internet at the prior location.
According to Oxfam.org (2016) of broadband ISP providers did not satisfy 14% of customers. Thus moving houses provide you with an opportunity to
sample other providers and their broadband products in terms of speed and reliability.
Eliminate moving fee charges
First of all, a moving fee is charged by broadband...show more content...
In addition, you take the opportunity of better services offered at the new location. Check to see the upfront and other broadband costs. The cheap
broadband product is recommendable however the overall cost should count when you are making decisions.
Taking advantage of super–fast speeds
Phone line speed is not fast as fiber speeds. The demand for speed directly correlates with data usage as data usage rises at home. Fiber is still being
rolled out in different areas hence moving to a new address with fiber will give you an opportunity to access ultra–fast speeds.
Purchase unlimited data
When moving houses you should aim for unlimited data especially if you use a lot of video streaming, online gaming, and movie downloads. If
your internet usage is light browsing, then a 10gb package is sufficient for your needs. If you go over the limit then you will pay extra. In areas with
limited coverage and limited packages, moving to access better packages in another address is a great idea.
To avoid line rental charges
Line rental is a costly undertaking however most cheaper broadband deals require a line rental. Most people under the age of 65 years rarely use
landlines or don't have it entirely. thus millions of people are thus forced to use it. Hence you could move homes to take advantage of non–phone line
4G wireless network currently available at several locations. However, the reliability of 4g network has not been established. Moreover,

Earth Is Our Home Essay

  • 1. Earth Is Our Home Essay The Earth is Our Home H–O–M–E 4 letters with deep meaning. Home is our shelter, our family, and place where your heart is. Earth is our home, our live depend on what the earth provide and we cannot live a second without the thing that the earth provides. At the beginning, God have created the earth completely balance with its function. The forest stands as the heart of the earth because trees provide human oxygen and absorb the carbon dioxide. The earth cooled, the water vapor condensed and fell in torrential downpours at the right distance of the sun not too far and not too near. The earth perfect balance enables to conserve water. The water cut channel is like the veins of the earth body. Everything has been designed perfectly link to each other's. We cannot imagine if the living things in the earth did not link to each other, how can a human survive. Trees cannot live without water and sun, Human...show more content... However, for me, I like the term of "take and give". Life is about take and give, if you taking too much it is not good for you and it is vice versa. It is same with our relation to each other and our environment. If we use the natural resource, too much without gave it back to the earth it will destroy the earth. It is good to hear that most of government around the world has provide the national park, ecotourism education, rules to protect coral reef, eco friendly product. The rule, the policy all is good. However, it would not be success without us. Every single choice for the environment that we make determine for its sustainable. In order to save oil we can do a simple and common activity such as if we go for short distance we can go by foot. Use water wisely; always remember that there is still people live under the lack of water condition. This is applying as well as we eat food. Reduce the uses of pet bottle and buy eco friendly Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 2. Home Of Home Essay Family is defined differently for everyone. Family members can live down the street or in another country. Some people have close knit families while others do not. Similarly, home is also defined differently for everyone. Some people might believe that home is just the house they live in, and with each move comes a new home. Others, however, believe that home is where their family is. People use family as a way to define home in slightly different ways. For example, in her essay "On Going Home," Joan Didion writes about wanting to give her daughter "home" for her birthday. Didion describes her home as being where her family is. In his essay, "Coming Home Again," Chang–Rae Lee uses his mother as a way of defining his home. In the third...show more content... While her husband does not understand many things her family talks about or why they talk about the particular things they do, Didion is most comfortable talking about such things when she is home with her family. Toward the end of the essay Didion writes about her daughter, "I would like to promise her that she will grow up with a sense of her cousins and of rivers and of her great–grandmother's teacups... I would like to give her home for her birthday, but we live differently now and I can promise her nothing like that" (Didion 3). Didion wants her daughter to grow up with the same sense of home and family that she did, along with the same sentimental values. However, because her daughter will grow up in a different time and place than Didion did, it is unlikely that she will grow up with the same experiences. In Chang–Rae Lee's "Coming Home Again," he discreetly uses his mother as a way of defining home. Lee uses various fond memories of his mother to illustrate the childhood he had before he went to school away from home at Exeter. He writes, "When I was six or seven years old, I used to watch my mother as she prepared our favorite meals" (Lee 4). In another flashback he states, "My mother could whip up most anything, but during our first years of living in this Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 3. My Dream House Essay What I Call Home In life everyone has their own dreams, whether it be about cars, houses, or their career. Most people I know dream to have the biggest and luxurious houses but I was always satisfied with mine. My house is not a tiny apartment nor a huge mansion but a two story, plain brown brick cozy house with white painted doors. The front yard is decorated with beautiful flowers; roses, lilies, violets, dahlias, daisies and much more, my mother usually plant them. She says, "Flowers are a pleasure and perfection of nature, and they give many things to people, and it does not matter if you are rich or poor, they give you a wonderful world which makes you feel happy". It definitely makes her and our neighbors happy. She shares the...show more content... After dinner, majority of the time everyone goes out or straight to their rooms but occasionally we'll sit in the living room and watch television together. My living room is probably the coziest place in my house. The walls are partially decorated with pieces of wood. It resembles the interior of a cottage. There are four black leather couches and a wooden coffee table that sits in the middle. My mother usually makes tea or coffee for us. She'll also bring out a bowl of sliced fruits, nuts and put it on the coffee table. After watching a movie or soap opera on satellite, everyone goes to their room and gets ready for bed. In the mornings when I wake up, the first thing I tend to do is step outside to my backyard to get a nice fresh air. My backyard is fairly big, also one of the main reasons why my parents decided to buy it. There's a little slide door in the dining room that leads to a dark brown deck. You'll see a green patio table, chairs and a barbecue. Also, in the corner of my backyard you'll see a small portion of the yard fenced. That's my mothers garden, where she grows tomatoes, peppers, onions, eggplants, parsley, lettuce, strawberries, cucumbers and many others that I can't recall. Both my dad and my mom love to grow organic vegetables and fruits. Around my backyard you'll also see a raspberry bush, pear, peach, cherry, apricot, Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 6. What is Home? Essay What is home? If one looks in a dictionary the answer would come out to be, "The place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household." However, for anyone who has had an actual home, they would know that such a term goes much beyond its concrete description. It is an impassioned aspect filled with values and foundation of nurturing. A home is not just an abode built to live in; in fact, that is just a definition of a house. Home is a place where one not only feels comfortable, but a place they look forward to opportunely live in every day. A home is built not by bricks or wood, but with the bond of family. A home is a place that reminds aperson of countless memories and values when he walks through a...show more content... Family is what makes a house a home; this statement is undeniably precise. A person could have every material entity in the entire world, but it would mean nothing if he does not have someone to share it with. In other words, home is also semantically related to sharing the happiness, grief, and material things with one's family. A home gives people a place to care about the people that mean the most to them. It is a place to tell amusing tales, a good story, or make memorable memories with one another. Furthermore, home is more than a place; it is a feeling. It is a feeling of contentment and happiness that they share with the ones they love. Moreover, home is when one knows they are with people that can drive them insane in a second, and the same people can make them happy in a second as well. Home means that no matter what one is going through, no matter how challenging life gets, there will be someone looking out for them. One knows that a place is their home when they are comfortable enough to present a true description of themselves, because they know that they will receive definitive acceptance. It is a sanctuary for them where they can do anything they please and not be judged afterwards. It is where one can share the absurdity of their day without any remorse or repercussions. The reason why people say that a person only has one true home is because one will Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. What is a Home? Essay The idea of home is a diverse and unimaginably audacious category to sum up in words. Home is many things and none are less vital then the next, but to narrow down the vast category of home, I will focus on the structure of what a home is. The structure of a home can be anything especially depending on where you look. Ranging from multi thousand square foot single family homes to high rise apartments and shacks on the side of mudslide prone hills, the design of a house can fill any number of categories. Each and every one of the homes we live in was designed by someone and constructed with the resources that are available or resources that can be brought in. Some choose to build a home that will stand for hundreds of years, others build...show more content... As sad as it is and as awful as it is to say, our world flows on money. Structures are built with money. Property is bought with money. Every material needed is purchased with money or found. Money sadly is what builds a home. The size and quality of a home is usually directly related to how much is spent on the home. According to the 2012 United States Census, 82,000 contractor–built United States homes started in 2012, the average contract price was 270,500 dollars. The Social Security Office estimated that average annual income was 44,321.67 dollars. Of course homes are not paid for in cash, but this shows that average American families are unable to purchase or build a home. So the market for used homes is great, not only is this cheaper, but it saves space, it produces less waste, and generally provides an adequate home. Because of this never ending cycle of home switching and the deterioration of materials homes eventually become structures in need of repair or in worst case scenarios structures awaiting demolition. Some homes are demolished even before the time comes to make way for newer, better–looking, and more efficient structures that some argue fulfill the needs of home owners better then the now demolished home. The pile of rubbish created is rushed away to the nearest landfill and a new structure erected on the footprint of the destroyed classic home. Most of the time this happens in wealthy areas where land is in short supply. The needs/desires of Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. Home Essay : My Dream Home My Dream Home My dream house is very detailed. It would have to be very big. I want it to have many rooms, and a big kitchen. It would have a bowling alley, an indoor trampoline park, and an indoor water park. I would also want a movie theater. It would have to have a basketball court as well. I would have a bedroom the size of a house. There would also be a game room full of video games. There would be 4 floors. It would be located in Orlando, Florida. It would be next to the beach and near Disney World. The indoor trampoline park would be huge. It would be as big as the school. It would smell like fresh food because it would also have a food court. It would be open to the people I know. I would have people there every day. It would be in the basement of my house. At lunchtime, I sat there along with all those workers, eating with them and listening. Their conversations mostly consists of the weather and how they could improve the rice farm. Often, I would make a comment saying, "Don't worry, I will help", and they loved me. I was the farm's little helper–––this was my home. Even though I do consider that one of my homes, New York City, which is where I am from. I also consider Hampshire my home because I feel very comfortably here and I have a community that supports me. She had five siblings –three brothers and two sister– they all moved to the US for a better life I guess, but there was also the dictatorship of Papa Doc Duvalier. Moving to a new home was important for my grandparents. They moved to New York, to Queens. It is interesting, my mom remembers Haiti but she considers herself to be an American because she has more distinct memory of being in the US than being in Haiti although she considers herself Hatian as well. My dad comes from Barbados. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, but his family is from Barbados. I think they immigrated in the 1940s or 1930s but I am not completely sure about that. When I grew up, my parents did not live together so I was living with my both parents, my father in Brooklyn and my mother in Harlem. Both areas are predominantly black in New Get more content on HelpWriting.net
