This document introduces the anatomy of the human ear, which is divided into three main parts: the outer, middle, and inner ear. The outer ear consists of the pinna and ear canal, which collects and directs sound waves to the eardrum. The middle ear contains three small bones that transmit vibrations from the eardrum to the inner ear. The inner ear includes the cochlea and semicircular canals which convert sound waves into nerve signals sent to the brain.
