• Electronic approval of Purchase Orders for
Dyes & Chemical only.
• System Based (Oracle).
– Notification e-mail.
• Cell Phone Based.
– 2nd Phase.

• Internal Users:
– All Purchase & Materials Staff
• External Users:
– All Other than Purchase & Materials Staff

6. Internal User & External User Privileges
• Internal Users:
– May only proceed the Purchase Order and if there
is any changes, they can revert it back by entering
reason (mandatory) and the Purchase Order will
go back to the document owner.
• External Users:
– May either approve or cancel the Purchase Order.
Once Purchase Order is canceled, can not be
proceed again with same Purchase Indent.

7. Internal e-mail Draft & External e-mail Draft
• Internal:
– Please review and proceed the e-PO # 99999, of
(party name).
• External:
– Please approve the e-PO # 99999, of (party name).
