Tokyo is a city of dreams that balances its cultural traditions from the past with its modern, developed present and future. As a city that values both nature and urban development, Tokyo is the perfect place to host the 2012 Olympics. While highly developed, Tokyo still honors cultural practices like hanami and values education. Even after experiencing natural disasters like the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, Tokyo rebuilt in a way that blended environmental stewardship with economic growth.

2. 2016 is coming up soon and we think Tokyo is the best place
to have it! Tokyo is a city of dreams, a city of the past and
the future and it is a perfect place to have the Olympics.
BECAUSE Tokyo is a developed country, accessible to
everyone, very city and attractive as you can see the
background! AND like the Olympics, Tokyo brings a positive
image!

21. Tokyo is a city of dreams. Japan is a developed country, still on the way
to become a better country. Although developed, Tokyo still values the
culture, education, and traditional art from the past. It is the perfect
place to have the 2012 Olympics with the balance of city and nature
making one wonderful city. It is a city of the future.
