Someone suggested to me recently that I check the libraries from Visual Studio 2013. I haven't found
anything of much interest, just a few small errors and slip-ups. They wouldn't make an interesting,
attractive article, but I've still decided to describe all those defects. I just hope it will help make the
libraries a bit better and stimulate the authors to carry out a more thorough analysis. I don't have the
project files necessary to build the libraries, so my analysis had to be superficial and I could have missed
a lot.

as the startup form and run the PayrollSystem Web application to test the changes. When valid data values are entered for a new employee, things should work exactly as they did previously. To test it, enter valid data for a new employee in frmPersonnel and click Submit. The frmPersonnelVerified form should be displayed with the entered data values and a message that the record was saved successfully. Click the View Personnel button and check that the new personnel record was indeed saved to the database and that all entered data values, including the PayRate, StartDate, and EndDate, were stored correctly. Close the browser window.
Now run the PayrollSystem Web application again, but this time, enter some invalid data (a nonnumeric value) in the PayRate field to cause an error, like this:

CS/CE 2336 Spring 2023 Project 1 - Airline Reward System Project Background: In December
2022, NorthEast Airlines cancelled most of its flights due to what they claimed was really bad
weather. Upon further investigation, it turned out that the airline's flight scheduling system had
failed, due to an if statement block with two lines of code but no curly braces to enclose them. This
caused a goto statement to execute accidentally, and the entire system to fail. NorthEast Airlines,
unable to bear the shame of having goto statements in their code, fired the programmer who wrote
the code, and made up a story about bad weather. The fired programmer was subsequently hired
by Apple. Due to the mass cancellations, no one wants to fly on NorthEast Airlines anymore. In an
attempt to win back passengers, NorthEast plans to roll out a new rewards program to incentivize
traveling with them. Unlike other airlines, NorthEast will reward miles to passengers when their
flights are cancelled. Also unlike other airlines, when a passenger earns enough miles to qualify
for a tier, that passenger will belong to that tier immediately. You have been hired by NorthEast to
implement this rewards program. Project Specification: The rewards program is based on the
miles flown within the span of a year, which itself is based on the number of cancelled flights.
Flight miles and flight cancellations start to accumulate on January 1 , and end on December 31.
The following describes the reward tiers, based on miles earned / flights cancelled within a single

class data member, and introduces the concept of object serialization or \"binary I/O\".

(Yes, these commands are rather tedious to type repeatedly. Part 2 of this assignment introduces
a new technique for compiling and linking your program files called a makefile. Makefiles
require a bit more work up front, but save a lot of typing at the command line once the makefile
has been created.)

name used in the header guards can be any valid C++ name that is not already in use in your

CREDIT_ACCOUNT_H in the code below) is recommended to avoid naming conflicts.

PowSyBl is an open source project hosted by LF Energy, which offers a comprehensive set of features for electrical grid modelling and simulation. Among other advanced features, PowSyBl provides:
- A fully editable and extendable library for grid component modelling;
- Visualization tools to display your network;
- Grid simulation tools, such as power flows, security analyses (with or without remedial actions) and sensitivity analyses;
The framework is mostly written in Java, with a Python binding so that Python developers can access PowSyBl functionalities as well.

zkStudyClub - Reef: Fast Succinct Non-Interactive Zero-Knowledge Regex Proofs
This paper presents Reef, a system for generating publicly verifiable succinct non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs that a committed document matches or does not match a regular expression. We describe applications such as proving the strength of passwords, the provenance of email despite redactions, the validity of oblivious DNS queries, and the existence of mutations in DNA. Reef supports the Perl Compatible Regular Expression syntax, including wildcards, alternation, ranges, capture groups, Kleene star, negations, and lookarounds. Reef introduces a new type of automata, Skipping Alternating Finite Automata (SAFA), that skips irrelevant parts of a document when producing proofs without undermining soundness, and instantiates SAFA with a lookup argument. Our experimental evaluation confirms that Reef can generate proofs for documents with 32M characters; the proofs are small and cheap to verify (under a second).
