Asthma is a chronic (long term)
disease that inflames and narrows
the airways . Asthma causes
wheezing, chest
tightness, shortness of breath and a
lot of coughing . The coughing
often occurs at night or early in the
morning.

ATTACK?
An asthma attack is when your Bronchi
tubes get a thick secretion in them
which causes them to swell and close
. When they close up ,not enough air
is going to your body . When this
happens an inhaler is not going to
help you now , it’s off to ER . They
give you a shot of adrenaline and give
you a nebulizer treatment .
4. HOW DO WE GET IT?
Most cases of asthma are usually
because of our genes , in fact
three fifths of all asthma cases are
hereditary (passed from your
parents to you.)
