 Obtaining planning sheets from all members & keeping the
record systematically for further reference

 Ensuring quality recruitment & wedding out inactive field
workers.
 Solving field workers problems before they ask for it.
 Handling field members grievance

 Keeping up to date mailing list for sending letters/cards/greetings
