promoted to Plant Engineering Manager in March of 2015 to aid in the design, construction and
operations of a new plant which required relocation.
Expanded role from lab manager to plant co-manager.
Entrusted with a larger role in plant design than previous plants.
Assisted in overall layout of the plant utilizing past experiences at the previous two plants.
Structured process piping configuration to improve performance and reduce costs.
Calculated optimal pump sizes and locations.

Hired as first employee and sole engineer.
Worked closely with the original owner of the company to develop a process to treat natural gas
wastewater into clean brine for reuse as a product.
Maintained client requested water specifications using QA/QC procedures.
Researched and purchased necessary lab equipment to perform analytical tests, as well as R&D, for
specific elements/parameters; equipment varied from basic items (magnetic stir bars) to high end
items (Inductively Coupled Plasma machine).
Created Excel sheets that all plants use to operate.
