SMART Goals • S • M • A • R • T – Specific: How clear is your dream? – Measurable: How will you identify your progress toward your dream? – Achievable (Attainable): Is your dream within your capabilities? – Realistic (Relevant): How significant is this dream to you? – Time based: When will you start or complete your dream?

- 12. Overcoming Mindsets Set your minds on things above, not on things of the earth. (Col 3:2) What do you believe? World hunger is going to end in 10 years What you believe will determine whether you begin to think of creative solutions (how this can be done) or creative defenses (why this cannot be done). Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. (Ps 37:4) Align your thoughts with Heavens

- 14. Creating a Dream Culture around you Dreams are powerful. Dreams and those who live them can change cultures, redirect nations and move mountains. • Find a dream partner or dream friend – encourage one another to pursue your dreams • Encourage the dreams of people around you – share your testimony of the dreams you’ve pursued, to unlock the dreams in the lives of others • Develop questions to ask dreamers as they pursue their dreams – You want to intentionally help one another to bring your dreams into reality. The world is waiting to see what picture your life paints of who He is, so live well!

Activation • Share a dream and SMART Goals • Overcoming setbacks - What setbacks to you see when looking at pursuing your dreams? – What could you do to keep the truth about you and your dream in front of you? – What plan do you have for the next time your dreams are challenged? – What tools can you arm yourself with so that you are set up to overcome? • What mindsets hinder you? – What thoughts are stopping you from pursuing your dreams? – Just tell me what to do? (Don’t feel the freedom to think for yourself and do what you desire) – I’m too busy (You’re running fast but not making any forward progress towards your dreams) – Someone will do it for me (You’re just waiting around for your dreams to come through and/or God to provide your desires) – I’m too small, too big, too young, too old….. (How you see yourself prevents you from going after your dreams)
