• We wish for certain kind of objects and experiences, because we presume that they will
make us feel certain way. That they will make us feel good. Hint: THERE IS ALWAYS A
NEXT LEVEL OF FEELING GOOD. And that is great! Your inner desires deserve an outer
manifestation.
• It’s fun to imagine something but it’s even more fun to hold it in your hand, to kiss it with your
lips… right?! :D
• A world is becoming ever richer and more complex (hopefully also more beautiful) because
of the unique creations you put out, ideas you manifest and the relationships you build on
the pathway of fulfilling your wishes.
• Never stop dreaming! We all want you to thrive! We live in an expanding universe and you
reaching for greater, newer things in your life is you being aligned with the forces of the
expanding universe

15. WISHFUL THINKING VS. INTENTION-SETTING
• I can wish for someone else but I can intend only for myself
• Wishes are focused on the future. Intentions are in the present moment.
• Intention setting is about consciously choosing your output - what energy you put
out to the world. It’s the work of spiritual alchemy
• Having an intention directs the energy. Intentions are all about how we want to feel,
how we want to experience something, what we want to focus on (where your focus
goes, energy flows). This is the level that we need to distill our intention words to. A
wish or a goal is about achieving a specific outcome, whereas an intention is about
setting a specific mindset or feeling
• By choosing to work with intentions and feelings, we bring ourselves into alignment
with our wishes/desires much quicker.
• In terms of manifestation and attracting what you desire into your life, you need to
match that desire on an energetic level or be a vibrational match for it. Nothing is
going to come to you unless you feel in alignment with it.

16. USEFUL GUIDELINES
• Do you remember the example from before? Sooo…. The more you will practice activating
orgasmic states by yourself… allowing them to surface by fully enjoying what the present
moment offers, the greater will be your capacity to experience orgasm when also the outer
(sexual) stimulation will be present.
• This is valid for practicing any emotional/energetical state.
• Because we all want (more) orgasms in our lives (correct me if I’m wrong), here are some
ideas that may spark your imagination:
• Wish for a partner with a great ability to give and receive pleasure. Or wish for more
opportunities for intimacy in your existing relationship. AND! Try this:
• Set the intention to fully enjoy your next meal. Really taste the food. Touch it. Smell it. Sense
it. If you are the one preparing the food even better. You can engage it in a foreplay.
• When you go to the concert, make the intention that you will be fully present and surrender to
the music. May it move you in any way.

17. KIND REMINDERS
• Let’s co-create our life experience INTENTIONALLY not from unconscious
auto-pilot programs.
• THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHEN YOU’RE WISHING FOR
ANYTHING IS TO BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE.
• Law of Intention and Desire: “the future is created in the present."
• We don’t know what we don’t know. Whenever you want something to
serve the highest good for all, remember to invoke the Divine. Trust the
higher intelligence.
Today, my intention is, to be the best vessel possible for the
Intelligence of Love to flow and express through me.
