This document summarizes the treatment of a 47-year-old man who was missing teeth in his lower right side. The treatment plan involved inserting two dental implants to replace the missing teeth. The surgery was performed to insert the implants. After healing, a second stage surgery placed attachments on the implants to allow for the fabrication of crowns. Final crowns were inserted and the patient was satisfied with the esthetic and functional outcome of the implant treatment.

augmentation been done a year ago) a mini-screw
was seen. and impacted wisdom tooth

2 gm of amoxicillin was given one

3-Closing with sutures and recall the
patient after 3 months for second
stage.
