When is your new album coming out?
- My album comes out on the 17th January 2015.
What inspired you to write a new album?
- I had previously taken a break from the music industry and was focusing more
on my life as I am still young and want to make the most out of my life
without being over powered by the stress of writing new music and trying to
meet all the social standards that I need to commit too, within this break i
thought that I found myself and I had one of the best times of my life and I
wanted to share that with all my fans and to express all these great memories
through something that I love and feel passionate about doing.
What did you do on this break?
- I took a year of writing music to finish my school education, I took my exams
(which I’m still waiting for the results and I will update you as soon as I
know) an I took the summer which I spent with my friends and went on
holiday with them to Spain, which was one of the best times of my life as I got
to be myself and no one was there taking photos of my all the time and writing
about everything that I done, so I was more free and comfortable. I met
someone whilst I was in Spain- I’m not going to spoil all our little memories
but all I’m going to say is that he is amazing and I’m hoping to go back and
see him soon.
Will you be taking any breaks again soon?
- I won’t be taking any breaks anytime soon I want to focus more on my music
career and make a name for myself.
What genre is your new album?
- My kind of music is more indie-rock, I go with what I feel like, if I want an
up-beat song that’s what I’ll make it or if I want a slow song ill make it slow, I
am my own person and I don’t want to name myself after a genre but most
people class me as indie-rock.
Have you always known that you wanted to be in the music career?
- I have always loved music ever since I was a little girl and I can imagine
myself doing it for the rest of my life that’s what I want to do.
How did you get to where you are now?
- I started off doing small things like busking in the middle of London just to
earn a little bit of money but to also improve what I love to do and to share it
with the world I got really good feedback from the people who used to watch
me and I just knew that I wanted to do it for the rest of my life so I fought for
it and done anything that I could, I then started to do small gigs in bars and
pubs and stuff just to show off what I could do and hope someone could see
the potential in me and help me get where I want to be.

Did that day ever come?
- Yes I was performing in this bar in central London and I was singing one of
my favourite songs and when I finished this woman came up to
complimenting the way that I sing and wanted to hear more as it was so
‘unique and different’ so I went to her office and sang her one of my best
songs not knowing that she was an assistant for the famous record label
‘Warner Bros’, I was so happy when I found at and didn’t want to miss out
this opportunity so I kept going and making sure that I impressed her as this
moment could of changed my life- and it did.
