3. Ramon Seeds MCT OIL
Quite simply, we start with the very
best. MontaVida is made from 17-18
screen Central American beans—the
highest quality coffee available. But
there’s more to it than a high quality
bean. It is only when these beautiful,
fresh, green coffee beans arrive to our
specialty roaster that they begin their
transformation to their wonderfully
roasted, aromatic selves.

4. Ramon Seeds MCT OIL
 To achieve its distinctive, delicious
taste, the beans are roasted at very
specific temperatures—between
medium and light roast. At this point
the beans begin to “crack,” or expand
and open up, in the roasting process—
and here’s where the magic happens.
 The beans are open just enough to
infuse the powerful, energizing MCT oil
into the beans. At the same time, we
lightly roast the nutritious Ramon
Seeds. Once roasting is complete and
the MCT oil is infused in the bean, the
Ramon Seeds and infused coffee beans
are ground together and are ready to
be freshly packaged and enjoyed

Ramon Seeds (also known as the Maya nut), sourced from Central America, have special
