The Children’s Commissioner has a statutory right to investigate any matters affecting children and young people (unless the issue is before the Court).

1. Training of Discussion Leader on Lalita & Babu Approach

in four batches for the “Discussion Leaders”
among 15 to 19 years & 20 to 25 years
adolescents of Boden block on all the 13
thematic areas of Lalita & Babu training module.
The program was held in the 1st
phase for the
age group of 15-19 years adolescents and in the 2nd
phase for the age group of 20–25 years of
adolescents between 1st

June 2015 at Kerapadar PMES, and

The total of 88 Discussion Leaders participated
from 6 villages i.e. Kusumkhunta, Karangamal,
Farsara, Sirli, Sunapur and Damjhar. The
