D&J Innovative mechanism does not utilize any moving parts for the
rear lock. This mechanism utilizes the shape of the rear hook to act as
a secondary lock. Therefore, it is simple and reliable which guarantee
you a hassle free coupler.

During a hydraulic failure, rear pin comes to a position as shown in the
picture. Due to the shape and orientation, contact reaction force between
the rear hook and pin further pushes rear hook outwards. This
guarantees mechanism never fails unless the steel structure breaks.
This is the first one and only coupler available in the market, which utilizes
the kinematics and geometry of the rear hook for the secondary locking
mechanism.
Locking system is Positive Mechanical.
Multi-Coupler (Caters for different pin centers).
Engagement of the locking mechanism is visible from the excavator cabin.
