Mippin provides a distributed system and cloud infrastructure for automatically generating custom mobile apps on demand and at scale by using Akka actors running on multiple nodes to handle build requests in a fault tolerant manner and storing app files and metadata in MongoDB. Their solution aims to solve the problems of signing apps, handling dependencies, managing concurrency issues and providing fault tolerance during the mobile app building process. The presentation discusses Mippin's approach and architecture and asks for feedback.
