This document is a dissertation submitted by Frederick Gbemileke Odutola in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a Master of Science in Technology Management degree from the University of East London. The dissertation examines the impacts of corporate websites on organizational customers. It includes a dedication, table of contents, acknowledgements, and abstract.
