Chris and his son Jack are bored on a rainy summer day. While sitting on the sofa in their living room, Jack looks up activities on his iPad and notices a new nearby water adventure park they would both enjoy. He shows Chris, and they excitedly decide to go.

1. It is a Saturday afternoon in the middle of July. Chris and his son Jack, who are both into water
sports, are looking out of the window, and it is raining heavily. They both look miserable as the
weather has taken a turn. As they begin discussing what they would like to do over the summer
holidays, they walk across to the other side of the room and sit on the sofa, but they continue to feel
bored. They switch the TV on. The son picks up his iPad and he starts looking at the weather
forecasts for the next two weeks, and then he looks at activities he could do over the summer. As he
is researching, he notices that there is a new water adventure park has opened in the two and they
would both like to go.
Where could the scene be filmed?
The scene is set in the living room of a 3-bedroom detached house in the coastal town of
Scarborough, North Yorkshire. The living room is a light blue-sky colour with a cream-coloured
carpet.
