5. •Dinitrol is a two coat system of Penetrant (3850) & Sealant (4941).
•The car is washed thoroughly to clean the mud and dust and traces of oil
and grease and drained and then sprayed with air to remove traces of
water.
•The penetrant was first filled in a container with a nozzle and attached to a
compressor and sprayed in the crevices where there were welded joints.
•All areas inside the doors, box sections, fenders, bonnet, tubular sections
would be sprayed with this penetrant (Wax base) coat.
•The sealant would then be filled in the container and sprayed in the entire
area inside the doors, the box sections, fenders, bonnet, tubular sections
would be sprayed with this sealant (Bitumen base) coat.
•The vehicle is left to dry after the application for at least 8 hours.
