About
Dalam bidang pendidikan aset merupakan bagian dari kekayaan
yang dimiliki oleh suatu sekolah. Kekayaan yang dimaksut disini yaitu
berupa gedung, tanah, kas, surat berharga, hak cipta dan lain
sebagainya. Dengan adanya aset sekolah ini dapat membantu dalam
menjalankan kegiatannya. Akan tetapi jika suatu aset yang dimiliki
sekolah tidak di inventaris dan dirawat dengan baik maka akan
menghambat kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di sekolah. Sekolah negeri
maupun yang berstatus swasta memiliki benda yang bergerak maupun
tidak bergerak, benda-benda yang diperoleh atau yang dibeli dengan
menggunakan anggaran APBD maupun APBN seperti Bantuan
Operasional Sekolah (BOS), BOP PAUD, Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK)
tersebut termasuk kategori aset. Aset-aset tersebut perlu dicatat
sesuai dengan jenis barang, tahun perolehan/ pembelian, jumlah serta
tipe barang. Maka dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Management Data
Aset ini membantu dunia pendidikan untuk menginventarisasi data
aset secara mudah dan saling terintegrasi dengan instansi terkait.
