This document discusses a mentoring project called "Mentoring interPAIRS for employment". The project aims to promote youth employment in Europe through the effective use of social networks and digital identity. It will train 20 students in each partner country as "digital mentors" to help their peers develop strong digital profiles and find jobs. The project involves schools, universities, non-profits and companies collaborating across multiple European countries. Activities will include workshops, online resources, conferences and student/teacher exchanges to facilitate mentoring on digital identity and the European job market.
