Hi!! My name is Ana Molina. I have worked in professional education of Creative Internal Marketing and Intrapreneurship for the last 3 years, and I am currently looking forward to coming back to teaching at a Superior School or University online or in Spain, Germany or France.

With more than 18 years of experience in Innovation, Creative Communications (internal and external) and Advertising, I have worked for big companies in Colombia and Latin America, with more than 60,000 employees impacted. I was a teacher of Social Alternative Advertising and Brand Communications at the University of Medellín (Colombia) for 3 years.
I’m also the founder of 2 startups: Grupo Baobab: www.grupobaobab.com and Apollo Pitch (coming soon).
As a woman passionate about the future of work and entrepreneurship, I have enrolled in different activities like: speaker of 10 entrepreneurship and Internal Marketing events and webinars (Colombia, US and France), being volunteer as a trainer for women entrepreneurs and as a member of the Antioquia Sectional Board of ANDI of the Future for 3 years, and vice-president for one year.

Our project team partnered with CrossKnowledge to help them innovate and (re)design their learning solutions based on learning-based research using the HILL (High Impact Learning that Lasts) framework.

All three of the programs are economical, will involve a university tie up i.e. a certified course from a university as well as industry immersions and workshops by ecosystem champions who are industry experts whom we will invite based on the interests and backgrounds of the group from the respective countries.
