They deliver their services to prestigious clients including
Virgin Trains, Chiltern Railways and Societe Generale.

Fresh Source Digital was chosen to work with
Back in Action UK to help them manage the
transition from a B2C bricks and mortar
physiotherapy provider with clinics throughout
London to the B2B corporate physiotherapy
provider they are now.

What We Did
Persona Research
We thoroughly researched Back in Action UK’s potential target
market, focussing on medium sized and large organisations with a
high number of blue collar workers.
We identified the job roles that are responsible for employee
welfare and the issues they face in fulfilling their responsibilities.
This enabled us to shape a content plan to influence their buying
journey.

What We Did
Distribution Plan
Our distribution plan focussed on PPC to
promote services that have an instant
requirement, with LinkedIn Sponsored Updates
used to promote educational eGuides to push
people through a longer buying journey.

What We Did
Content Plan
Our content plan involved educational eGuides that introduced
prospects to some of the most frequent reasons for absence and
showed the true cost to the organisation of work related injuries.
This messaging allowed our client to market their services as an
investment with a solid return rather than a cost centre.

The Results
In a 12 week period, we achieved the following results:
100 Marketing Qualified Leads Generated
10 Sales Qualified Leads Generated
The campaign is also producing additional leads on a monthly basis
through PPC, with additional frequent content downloads through
organic search keeping leads flowing in for a minimal cost.
