The fDi Benchmark research
team devised a scoring system based
on a scale of 0 (lowest ranking loca-
tion) to 100 (highest ranking loca-
tion) and applied this to the judgesâ
ranking of the respondents to give
the final results.
The ranking was based purely on
the survey the entrants submitted.

findings by assessing that informa-
