Is the visual perceptual property corresponding
in       humans        to     the      categories
called red, blue, yellow, green and others. Color
derives from the spectrum of light (distribution
of light power versus wavelength) interacting in
the eye with the spectral sensitivities of
the light receptors.
Green is the color of emeralds, jade, and
growing grass. In the continuum of colors of visible
light it is located between yellow and blue. Green is
the color most commonly associated with nature and
environment .movement, Islam, spring, hope and envy
Yellow is the color of gold, butter, or ripe lemons. In
the spectrum of visible light, and in the
traditional color wheel used by painters, yellow is
located between green and orange.
Yellow is commonly associated with gold.
Blue is the one of the three additive primary colours and is
the colour of the clear sky and the deep sea on Earth. On
the optical spectrum, blue is located
between violet and green. Is a quiet color identified with
the mind
The color red is the color of energy, passion and
actionThe color red is a warm and positive color
associated with our most physical needs and our will to
survive. It exudes a strong and powerful masculine
energy.
White is the color of fresh milk and snow. It contains
all the wavelengths of visible light without absorption,
has maximum brightness, and does not have any
hue. It is the opposite of black.
Black is the color of coal, ebony, and of outer space. It is
the darkest color, the result of the absence of or complete
absorption of light. It is the opposite of white.
Purple is the color of good judgment. It is the color of people
seeking spiritual fulfillment. Purple has been used to
symbolize magic and mystery, as well as royalty.
Pink is the color of universal love. Pink is a quiet color.
Lovers of beauty favor pink. Pink is a combination of
red and white.

By means of the Law 38 of 1968, there was created the Technical
Institute "Diego Luis Córdoba" as honoring in memory of one of the
most illustrious prominent figures of the Department of Hit, the one
who was a defender of the rights of the negritudes and especially for
the education to all the levels as a strategy of social ascent.

In the year 1997 and 1998, one gave opening to the programs of post
degrees with the following specializations: Specialization in Teaching
of the Mathematics, Specialization in Pedagogy of the Mother
Language, Specialization in Linguistics Applied to the education of
the Englishman(English) and the specialization in Attention and
Social Education to the Family. Equally, there are created the centers
of studies of the culture Afro Colombian and indigenous, and of
Investigation(Research) of the Flora and the school of Arts of the
Pacífic.
A duty or obligation to
satisfactorily perform or complete a task (assigned by someone,
  or created by one's own promise or circumstances) that one
  must fulfill, and which has a consequent penalty for failure.
Respect means showing regard and appreciation for the
worth of someone or something.
It means honor and esteem.
It includes respect for self, respect for the rights and
dignity of all persons, and respect for the environment
that sustains life.
Honesty means being truthful. It means not lying and not
deceiving another person. Sometimes the truth hurts and
it comes with a price but if you want to be the best person
you can be then you always tell the truth.
Love is an emotion of a strong affection and
personal attachment. Love is also said to be
a      virtue    representing       all   of
human kindness,compassion, and affection
