RECIPE OF ALFAJORES

1. MAKING ALFAJORES

2. INGREDIENTS
 3 cups cornstarch
 2 cups flour
 one-half cup powdered sugar
 half a kilo of butter
 two teaspoons of baking powder
 4 eggs
 a teaspoon of vainilla extract
 Half a kilo of caramel

3. PREPARATION
 First mix the cornstarch, flour and powdered
sugar in a large bowl.
 Second mix the sugar, egg, vainilla extract and
butter in other large bowl.
 After mixing both.
 Next let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the
refrigerator.
 Then roll out the dough, stretch it and cut it into
small circles.
 Finally bake for 5 minutes each tray, let cool and
fill with caramel.
