LATEST
Latest means the most recent or the newest.

2. STRANGE
Strange is unusual or surprising in a way that is difficult to explain and also it is not
known or it is not familiar.
Examples

Foreign is not from your country but it is connected with other countries.

I thought she sounded foreign.
He is the minister for foreign Affairs.
