ISIS, otherwise known as the Diabolical Menaces, has
unleashed its reign of terror upon the world, as it seeks to restore
Islam to greatness, advocating jihadist Salafism, which is a strict
interpretation of Islam, and through the establishment of a
caliphate. The Diabolical Menaces are responsible for the killing of
thousands of innocent people, and have committed countless
atrocities, including: genocide, mass executions, crucifixions,
beheadings, suicide bombings, rape, and sexual slavery. ISIS has
become the face of global terrorism, eclipsing Al-Qaeda, and funds
itself through a variety of criminal activities. They also have
infiltrated Europe, and have recently created a safe haven, in
Libya. Although U.S.-led coalition airstrikes have killed 25,000 of
its militants, and reduced its oil revenues, significant threats
remain, at the hands of the monstrosity, known as the Diabolical
Menaces.

advocates the killing of infidels and apostates.
• Al-Baghdadi took over control of the Islamic State of
Iraq, in 2010, after its former leader died.
• In a final transformation, the Islamic State was formed,
in 2014, after ISIS conquered several cities, in Iraq.
5. ISIS Financing
• ISIS finances itself through a variety of criminal
activities, some of which include:
• Oil smuggling
• Kidnappings
• Extortion
• Bank robberies
• Carjacking
6. ISIS Recruiting & Training Children
• ISIS targets children for several reasons, which include:
• Salaries and expenses are much lower for children, than for older
combatants.
• Children are easily exploited into undertaking specific tasks
• Recruitment for its militants has declined significantly, forcing
ISIS to shift its strategy to recruit children.
• In many cases, children are recruited for suicide missions. ISIS
has used children for nearly 80 percent of its suicide operations
against opposition forces, in an attempt to take control of Syrian
cities, including: Marea, Aazaz, and Tal Rafaat.
7. The Diabolical Menaces Expand Into Libya
• After Muammar Qaddafi was overthrown, in 2011, Libya
descended into chaos.
• Copious militia’s throughout Libya, looted Qaddafi’s
arsenal of weapons.
• ISIS is now using Libya as a safe haven, and has joined
several jihadist militia’s which has increased its size and
strength.
• Libya also has the potential to create a new migrant
crisis, as the European Union expects 500,000 migrants
to travel from Libya, into Europe.
8. Some Of Europe’s Major
Weaknesses, Include:
• Lapses in communication
• Inability to keep track of suspected militants
• Failure to act on intelligence
• Interlocking layers of government which obscure
accountability
• A lack of resources including an insufficient number of
security personnel
• Lack of seamless intelligence sharing and coordination
• Surge in the number of jihadists
10. Brussels Bombings
• Brussels endured two horrific bombings, which killed 35
people and injured 340 people.
• The bombings were carried out by suitcase bombs, which
contained large quantities of TATP explosives.
• The bombings were carried out by Najim Laachraoui, who
was one of ISIS’s bombmakers. He also helped with
designing the suicide vests, which were used in the Paris
attacks.
• Ibrahim El Bakraoui was another suicide bomber involved in
the Brussels bombings, as well as Khalid El Bakraoui. Both
Ibrahim and Khalid were radicalized in prison.
11. TATP Explosive
• Known by security officials as a “Satanic Cocktail” due to its
instability and potency.
• TATP is an explosive white powder, otherwise known as
triacetone triperoxide.
• Airport scanners cannot detect TATP, and security officials
must rely upon sniffer dogs to detect the potent smell.
• The three primary ingredients, in TATP, include: acetone,
hydrogen peroxide, and sulfuric acid. All ingredients can be
purchased at pharmacy’s and local hardware stores,
complicating matters for security officials.
