It's a 2-page document about how to describe a person and a place. Here, there are given some steps to write both types of descriptions.

1. DESCRIPTION OF A PERSON
a) Introduction:
Give personal details of that person (name, age, job...) and if you really
know him/her, say who this person is, that is, a friend, your brother ....
b) Main body:
Give a detailed description of his/her physical appearance and also you
can include any distinguishing features (glasses, braces, clothes...).
When describing a person’s physical appearance one needs to start with
the general features and continue with more specific details such as nose,
hair color and eyes etc. In a separate paragraph wrote about the
personality of the person and his/her interests or hobbies. The
description of someone’s personal qualities requires explanation based
on certain examples taken from real life in order to provide a vivid
picture to the reader.
c) Conclusion:
Write what that person is to you
One should use present tenses while describing people well known or
often seen by the writer. If you are writing about someone who has passed
away, or a person you have known in the past you have to narrate in the past
tense.

2. DESCRIPTION OF A PLACE
a) Introduction:
Say what it is and what it represents. Try to situate it and say why you
have chosen it or whether you like it or not.
b) Main body:
Go from the general to the particular, that is, begin with what you can
see in the picture. Then describe each item you can see. Don’t forget to
mention colours and shapes.
c) Conclusion:
You can add what you feel when you see that picture.
Most likely you will use present tenses when writing about buildings/places
still existing.
