You may wish to mention the success of Leicester City Football Club in 2016…. when the city of Leicester, where the University it located, became famous for being the home of the English Premier League champions, as The Foxes defied the odds to win the 2015/16 title. Leicester’s own students shared in the success of the team as through their own research running a seismometer near the King Power stadium they discovered that Leicester City fans were causing minor earthquakes when celebrating goals known as a Vardyquake.

Students will receive their own personal tutor, but also have module leaders and access to our Distance Learning Hubs who are our one-stop shop for all student needs from payment advice, queries on course materials or assessments, mitigating circumstances and graduation arrangements.
