IC PROCESS - SEQUENCING BATCH REACTOR (SBR)
Process using the activated sludge principle in a
discontinuous Flow (batch), with a very compact design.
Suitable for flows and loads within a wide range and very
efficient for removal of nutrients.
BIOCOLUMN PROCESS (licensed by BAYER)
Activated sludge process, using high efficiency air
injectors for aeration, in cylindrical vessels having a
high ratio between total height and diameter. High
efficiency installations occupying a small footprint
BIOLOGICAL TREATMENTS : TECHNOLOGIES
ANAEROBIC TREATMENT REACTORS UASB / ECSB
Anaerobic biological treatment for high organic loaded
industrial effluents, with very low energy consumption and
little surplus sludge production. Specially indicated for
industries such as: breweries, paper mills, sugar mills,
chemical and pharmaceutical, food, fruit juices and carbonic
beverages
AEROBIC TREATMENT MBR PROCESS
Aerobic biological process by activated sludge using
ultrafiltration membranes, which permits to minimize
the occupied space and very adequated for extension
of existing Plants.
AEROBIC BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT : TECHNOLOGIES
MBR PROCESS MEMBRANE BIOREACTOR
It combines both the biological treatment and the
biomass separation by means of ultra filtration
membranes (ceramic or polymeric types). Working at
high biomass concentrations allows to get the most
efficient rates, even with brackish or very concentrated
effluents. This technology can be applied to improve
and / or extend conventional existing plants
ROTATING BIOLOGICAL CONTACTORS
Aerobic biological process based on fixed biomass
principle. Very low energy consumption, minimum
footprint required and easy modular extension.

WATER RECOVERY: A SECOND CHANCE FOR ALREADY USED WATER
DEISA contributes a significant experience in the optimization of water consumption,
including: recycling, selective use of water, and tertiary treatments to achieve the
regeneration of already used water and its recirculation for further reuse.
DEISA designs and build installations for these purposes. We have pilot plants used to
confirm the efficiency of the proposed treatment line, or to search for the most adequate
design.

CUSTOMERS, SECTORS WATERRECOVERY: A SECOND CHANCE FOR ALREADY USED WATER DEISA contributes a significant experience in the optimization of water consumption, including: recycling, selective use of water, and tertiary treatments to achieve the regeneration of already used water and its recirculation for further reuse. DEISA designs and build installations for these purposes. We have pilot plants used to confirm the efficiency of the proposed treatment line, or to search for the most adequate design.
