Descriptation about m/cs:-In PCL there are one 32 cvt,one 48 cvt,one 64cvt and one 80
cvt machines. It also has one Husky hycap 300 machines having 64 cavities husky molds.
In SACMI machines we have CVS 3000 systems for checking the online quality for the
producing caps. All machines are running with good efficiency. We also maintaining
FSM machines for the cutting and folding purposes. There are also the PMV machines
using for single liner caps as well as double liner in caps.

Running mold is 64 cavities NCSD as well as CSD both of
HUSKY.
Company profile:-PCL is nothing but a unit of JOTNA Group basically in LAGOS
NIGERIA. It deals in plastics caps and preforms.It has four SACMI machines MADE
IN ITALY, making compression molded 28mm both one p

bottles. It also have an 64 cavities hot runner mold by which it makes NON CSD plastics
caps using HUSKY HYCAP 300 injection molded machine. PCL also have 11 nos. of
