4. Digitalize your process description
• For at medarbejderen kan få en god første arbejdsdag skal en del ting
sikres inden start. HR skal oprette medarbejderen i
personalesystemet. Medarbejderen skal oplyse tidligere ansættelser
således at HR kan beregne lønnen baseret på erfaring og tidligere løn.
Derefter skal HR sende kontrakten til medarbejderen som skal
acceptere kontrakten. Endelig skal FM finde og tildele medarbejderen
en kontorplads samt få lavet adgangskort.
