2. INTRODUCTION
The Dairy Farm Shop Management System (DFSMS)
DFSMS is a web based application that allows farmers to efficiently manage
the sales and inventory of dairy products from their farm.
This system can be accessed through a web browser, and it allows
farmers to track the inventory of dairy products, manage customer
orders, and process transactions. It also includes features such as
reporting and analysis tools, which allow farmers to analyze sales
data and make informed business decisions.
It has one module i.e. admin who manages all the functions of the dairy shop
3. ADMIN FEATURES
Product: In this section, admin can add new products and edit old products.
Search: In this section, admin can search for a product then add the product into
the cart and generate invoice /receipt.
Invoices: In this section, admin can view all generated invoices/receipts.
Reports: In this section, admin can generate two reports, one is B/w date and
another one is for sales.
Admin can also update his profile, change the password and recover the
password.
4. PROJECT SCOPE / PURPOSE
Record keeping: Dairy farm shop management software can be used to keep track of important
records such as milk production, feed consumption, and animal health records. This can help
farmers to track the performance of their animals and identify any potential problems.
Financial management: The software can be used to manage the financial aspects of a dairy
farm, This can help farmers to keep track of their income and expenses and make financial
decisions.
Scheduling: The software can be used to schedule tasks such as milking, feeding, and
cleaning, and to assign these tasks to different workers. This can help to ensure that the farm
runs smoothly and efficiently.
Communication: The software can be used to facilitate communication between different
workers on the farm, as well as between the farm and external stakeholders such as
customers, suppliers, and veterinarians.
5. PROPOSED SYSTEM
The development of the new system contains the following activities, which try to
automate the entire process keeping in view of the database integration approach.
User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls.
The system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible.
There is no risk of data mismanagement at any level while the project
development is under process.
It provides high level of security with different level of authentication

8. FUTURE SCOPE
Integration with modern technologies: A dairy farm shop
management system could be integrated with various
technologies such as sensors, IoT devices, and data analytics
tools to improve monitoring, efficiency, and decision-making.
Better decision-making support: The system could be
enhanced with features such as predictive analytics and
machine learning algorithms to help farmers make more
informed decisions about the management of their farm.
9. Enhanced customer engagement: The system could be designed to
provide a better experience for customers by integrating with online
platforms and social media, and offering additional services such as
home delivery or subscriptions.
overall The future implementation will be online help for the customers and
chatting with website administrator.

10. CONCLUSION
1) This project provides practical knowledge of not only
programming in PHP and MYSQL web based application
2) It also provides knowledge about the latest technology
used in developing web enabled application and client server
technology that will be great demand in future.
3) This will provide better opportunities and guidance in
future in developing projects independently.
