Ihadinitially storyboardedsome movementinthisscene butmade the decisiontofilmitthiswayto adddiversity to my film,Ihave veryfewmomentsinmyfilmwhere the cameraisstationary,andIbelieve itkeeps my filmfrombeingrepetitive.Furthermore,itwasplannedtobe filmedthiswayinordertoseta light-heartedtone.The audience knowthatthisfilmwill take adarkturn, addingto the tragedy people expecttosee ina horror film.Overall,Ibelieve thissceneissuitable formyfilmbecause it establishesthe tone and the mise-en-sceneof abrightlookinghouse makesthe footage seemsmore authentic.
