INDUSTRY PROFILE
 The development of the Indian software industry is
an archetype of how economic liberalization
combined with an entrepreneurial spirit can build an
industry that today contributes as much as 8% to
the GDP of a fast-growing country like India.
 The IT industry has also created over four million
direct jobs and 12 million indirect jobs in India. A
testament to this growth is the fact that the largest
Indian IT services company is currently valued at
over US$100 billion and generates over US$20
billion in revenue.

 The current wave of Indian software entrepreneurs
is focusing on building platforms and products for
Indian and global markets. This has led to the
creation of more than 7,000 tech startups in India.
 The Indian software industry has accelerated the
adoption of digital technologies in the country. The
industry has played a crucial role in providing digital
identities to over one billion people in the country,
which is further enabling the provision of services
across industries such as banking, healthcare, and
education in an efficient manner.

23 March 2011.
 It is classified as Non-govt. company and is
registered at Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
 It is involved in Software publishing, consultancy
and supply of software, operating systems
software, business & other applications software,
computer games software for all platforms.

the form of custom software after analyzing the
users needs and problems.
PROFILE OF ORGANISATION
 M&L Pvt. Ltd. is a Rajasthan based software
consultancy company.
 It was incorporated on 23 march 2011.
 Its registered address is C-56, VRINDAVAN MARG
SHYAM NAGAR, SODALA JAIPUR RJ 302019
 Its authorized share capital is Rs. 100,000 and its
paid up capital is Rs. 100,000.
PROJECT
 The company started a project during pandemic to
help those in need of covid resources.
 The company have launched a data analytics web
platform called ‘Help On Earth’ to fight against the
spread of COVID 19 in India.
 Its aims was to connect people virtually during this
pandemic by providing them data at the tip of their
fingers.
JOB PROFILE
My role and responsibilities
 I was selected for the role of student city
influencers.
 I was responsible for driving the awareness of
COVID Relief web platform WWW.HelponEarth.org
in my respective city.

 My task was to reach out to people in their city
through calling/instant messaging groups/ social
media and list them on the web platform if they are
either looking for help or are help providers during
the pandemic.
 I had to collect and verify the data regarding covid
resources and upload that data on the web platform
according to their categories for e.g medicines,
vaccination, food services, oxygen cylinders etc.

 I was provided a spreadsheet from my supervisor
and was instructed to maintain that spreadsheet on
a daily basis.
 I was told to upload 20 listings daily in the
spreadsheet.
 It was basically done to make a record of the
information that you have collected.

 I was provided the spreadsheet for record
maintenance of my work.
 The main purpose of the spreadsheet was MIS
reporting which refers to once the company has
collected the data of resource providers, it’s
important to prepare proper Database record of the
potential candidates. Mentioning all details of
candidates in separate columns such as Contact
Number, Mail ID, city, resources available etc.
RESEARCH PROBLEM
 The problem that I found in my task was that in
order to collect data we have to depend on
secondary data and most of them were not reliable.
 Finding real time information about the covid
resources was not an easy task because most of
the data was wrong and not updated.
 It was very time consuming.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE
 The main objective of the study is to know the
importance of help on earth web platform in the
process of finding covid resources and how it can
benefit the company in finding potential Ngo’s to
collaborate.
 The objective of this research was to build a
website of covid resources.
 The main goal was to help the people during the
pandemic.
 To carry out a detailed survey of customer
satisfaction.
RESEARCH DESIGN
 The research was mainly depended on secondary
data available on the internet.
 The problem that I faced in this was most of the
contact information were wrong and fake.
 Information was not updated.
 So it was tough to collect reliable data.

Satisfaction Score, which is a
 Commonly-used key performance indicator used to
track how satisfied customers are

 CSAT is measured by one or more variations of the
question that usually appears with

 1. Unsatisfied
 2. Somewhat satisfied
 3. Satisfied
 4. Very satisfied

 The above pie chart depicts that 12% of respondents are in
the age group of below 18 and 19% of respondents are in the
age group of 19-28. 32% of respondents are in the age group
of 28-40. 21% of respondents are in the age group of 41 to 52.

 The above pie chart depicts that 32% of the
respondents that are using help on earth are students.

 The above pie chart depicts that 42% of the respondents got
to know about help on earth web platform through social
media. 15% of the respondents came from print media. 30%
of the respondents got to know about us through calling/mail
and 13% of the respondents come under the others category.

 The above pie chart depicts that 50% of the
respondents that are using help on earth are
satisfied. 33% of the respondents are likely to be
satisfied and 17% of respondents are not satisfied.

CONCLUSION
 It was a good initiative to help the people in need during
the pandemic.
 60 % Customer are overall satisfied with help on earth,
which is a good number but can be increased through
improvising the website.
 70% people found useful data and were able to meet
their needs.
 There should be weekly maintenance of the website.
 Data to be updated every week
 More than 50% are interested to volunteer in this project
 Social media plays a vital role in reaching out to more
and more people.
 Things that I learned from the project was data
collection , data analysis and also it helped me to
improve my communication and time managing skills.

INDUSTRY PROFILE  The development of the Indian software industry is an archetype of how economic liberalization combined with an entrepreneurial spirit can build an industry that today contributes as much as 8% to the GDP of a fast-growing country like India.  The IT industry has also created over four million direct jobs and 12 million indirect jobs in India. A testament to this growth is the fact that the largest Indian IT services company is currently valued at over US$100 billion and generates over US$20 billion in revenue.
  • 4. CONTD…  The current wave of Indian software entrepreneurs is focusing on building platforms and products for Indian and global markets. This has led to the creation of more than 7,000 tech startups in India.  The Indian software industry has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies in the country. The industry has played a crucial role in providing digital identities to over one billion people in the country, which is further enabling the provision of services across industries such as banking, healthcare, and education in an efficient manner.

CONTD… Company introduction  M&L Consulting Private Limited is incorporated on 23 March 2011.  It is classified as Non-govt. company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.  It is involved in Software publishing, consultancy and supply of software, operating systems software, business & other applications software, computer games software for all platforms.
  • 6. CONTD…  Consultancy includes providing the best solution in the form of custom software after analyzing the users needs and problems.
  • 7. PROFILE OF ORGANISATION  M&L Pvt. Ltd. is a Rajasthan based software consultancy company.  It was incorporated on 23 march 2011.  Its registered address is C-56, VRINDAVAN MARG SHYAM NAGAR, SODALA JAIPUR RJ 302019  Its authorized share capital is Rs. 100,000 and its paid up capital is Rs. 100,000.
  • 8. PROJECT  The company started a project during pandemic to help those in need of covid resources.  The company have launched a data analytics web platform called ‘Help On Earth’ to fight against the spread of COVID 19 in India.  Its aims was to connect people virtually during this pandemic by providing them data at the tip of their fingers.
  • 9. JOB PROFILE My role and responsibilities  I was selected for the role of student city influencers.  I was responsible for driving the awareness of COVID Relief web platform WWW.HelponEarth.org in my respective city.

CONTD…  My task was to reach out to people in their city through calling/instant messaging groups/ social media and list them on the web platform if they are either looking for help or are help providers during the pandemic.  I had to collect and verify the data regarding covid resources and upload that data on the web platform according to their categories for e.g medicines, vaccination, food services, oxygen cylinders etc.
  • 11. CONTD…  I was provided a spreadsheet from my supervisor and was instructed to maintain that spreadsheet on a daily basis.  I was told to upload 20 listings daily in the spreadsheet.  It was basically done to make a record of the information that you have collected.

CONTD…  I was provided the spreadsheet for record maintenance of my work.  The main purpose of the spreadsheet was MIS reporting which refers to once the company has collected the data of resource providers, it’s important to prepare proper Database record of the potential candidates. Mentioning all details of candidates in separate columns such as Contact Number, Mail ID, city, resources available etc.

RESEARCH PROBLEM  The problem that I found in my task was that in order to collect data we have to depend on secondary data and most of them were not reliable.  Finding real time information about the covid resources was not an easy task because most of the data was wrong and not updated.  It was very time consuming.
  • 15. RESEARCH OBJECTIVE  The main objective of the study is to know the importance of help on earth web platform in the process of finding covid resources and how it can benefit the company in finding potential Ngo’s to collaborate.  The objective of this research was to build a website of covid resources.  The main goal was to help the people during the pandemic.  To carry out a detailed survey of customer satisfaction.
  • 16. RESEARCH DESIGN  The research was mainly depended on secondary data available on the internet.  The problem that I faced in this was most of the contact information were wrong and fake.  Information was not updated.  So it was tough to collect reliable data.

DATA ANALYSIS  Customer Satisfaction Survey:  For customer satisfaction Survey I used Customer Satisfaction Score, which is a  Commonly-used key performance indicator used to track how satisfied customers are  With your organization’s products and/or services.  CSAT is measured by one or more variations of the question that usually appears with  Respondents used the following 1 to 4 scale:  1. Unsatisfied  2. Somewhat satisfied  3. Satisfied  4. Very satisfied

CONTD… Age groups  Different age groups using the help on earth web platform.  The above pie chart depicts that 12% of respondents are in the age group of below 18 and 19% of respondents are in the age group of 19-28. 32% of respondents are in the age group of 28-40. 21% of respondents are in the age group of 41 to 52. 16% of respondents are in the age group of 52 to 65%. 12% 19% 32% 21% 16% Below 18 19 to 28 28 to 40 41 to 52 52 to 65
  • 19.  2. Occupation  The above pie chart depicts that 32% of the respondents that are using help on earth are students. 47% of the respondents are employed and 21% of respondents that are using help on earth are currently unemployed. 32% 47% 21% student employed unemployed

CONTD…  How did you find out about help on earth?  The above pie chart depicts that 42% of the respondents got to know about help on earth web platform through social media. 15% of the respondents came from print media. 30% of the respondents got to know about us through calling/mail and 13% of the respondents come under the others category. 42% 15% 30% 13% social media print media calling/mail others
  • 21.  How much satisfied are you with help on earth web platform?  The above pie chart depicts that 50% of the respondents that are using help on earth are satisfied. 33% of the respondents are likely to be satisfied and 17% of respondents are not satisfied. 50% 33% 17% Satisfied Likely Not satisfied

CONCLUSION  It was a good initiative to help the people in need during the pandemic.  60 % Customer are overall satisfied with help on earth, which is a good number but can be increased through improvising the website.  70% people found useful data and were able to meet their needs.  There should be weekly maintenance of the website.  Data to be updated every week  More than 50% are interested to volunteer in this project  Social media plays a vital role in reaching out to more and more people.  Things that I learned from the project was data collection , data analysis and also it helped me to improve my communication and time managing skills.
