Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions are for a prize draw run by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
through their Twitter feed. Entries are made by retweeting and following the appropriate post
on the @Volkswagen_CV Twitter feed. The prize is for tickets to the event on the date
specified only, so you must be able to make your own way to the venue in order to collect the
tickets and benefit from the prize.

    1.    Entries must be made via Twitter and be received by 2pm on 31/12/2011.
    2.    Open to all United Kingdom residents over the age of 18 years. Only one entry per
          household.
    3.    Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents
          or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the
          promotion.
    4.    The prize that can be won is:
          - 2 tickets to the PDC World Championships 2012, for the semi final session on
          01/01/2012
    5.    There will be 1(one) winner entitled to 2 (two) tickets to the World Championship at
          Alexandra Palaceon 01/01/2012.
          The prize is for tickets only.
    6.    The prize does not include transportation costs to or from the PDC World Championship at
          Alexandra Palace, meals, drinks, entertainment, spending money, personal insurance or
          any other costs not specifically mentioned in paragraph 4 above.
    7.    The winner[s] will be drawn at random from all valid entries received, and shall be notified
          by Direct Message on Twitter. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been
          made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees
          fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
    8.    The Promoter’s decision is final.
    9.    The name of the winner and the prize won will be made available on receipt of a self-
          addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter before 22/01/2012
    10.   No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged
          during the promotion. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and
          conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise
          defective will be disqualified.
    11.   The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    12.   There is no cash alternative.
    13.   The Promoter reserves its right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in
          the event of circumstances outside of its control.
    14.   The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion
          and/or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.
    15.   The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant[s] it believes not to be
          participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or
          unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and
          to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
    16.   The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize
          winner and their guests (if applicable) in any future marketing materials, website
          publications, promotions and/or prize draws.
    17.   No purchase is necessary.
    18.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered
          invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or
          hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.

    19. This promotion is run by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. This promotion is in no way
        sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.
    20. Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as
        Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles) and will be passed to Volkswagen Commercial
        Vehicles for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner. If at
any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your request should be made in writing
    to the Promoter.
21. If there is a conflict in the terms conditions to this prize draw with any other terms
    whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these
    conditions will apply.
22. Promoter: Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as Volkswagen
    Commercial Vehicles) of Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: These terms and conditions are for a prize draw run by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles through their Twitter feed. Entries are made by retweeting and following the appropriate post on the @Volkswagen_CV Twitter feed. The prize is for tickets to the event on the date specified only, so you must be able to make your own way to the venue in order to collect the tickets and benefit from the prize. 1. Entries must be made via Twitter and be received by 2pm on 31/12/2011. 2. Open to all United Kingdom residents over the age of 18 years. Only one entry per household. 3. Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion. 4. The prize that can be won is: - 2 tickets to the PDC World Championships 2012, for the semi final session on 01/01/2012 5. There will be 1(one) winner entitled to 2 (two) tickets to the World Championship at Alexandra Palaceon 01/01/2012. The prize is for tickets only. 6. The prize does not include transportation costs to or from the PDC World Championship at Alexandra Palace, meals, drinks, entertainment, spending money, personal insurance or any other costs not specifically mentioned in paragraph 4 above. 7. The winner[s] will be drawn at random from all valid entries received, and shall be notified by Direct Message on Twitter. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. 8.
