John Immel shared positive feedback he received from Dallas Moore about his curriculum development and classroom training skills at Premier Health. In three sentences, Dallas praised John's ability to teach very diverse technical levels in a single class. He was impressed with John blowing him away with his learning experiences and care in helping others learn. Dallas cautioned that in times of reorganization and downsizing, organizations cannot shrink their way to growth and should recognize John's valuable training skills.

Expert training praised for diverse learners
1. Dear LinkedIn,
Part of my value add in Premier Health engagement was curriculum development and hands on class
training for Office 365/SharePoint related products. The following is an abridged version of a
correspondence sent to my direct report, the Director of Technical Education, Kyle Grogan. With
permission I have edited Dallas Moore’s comments for LinkedIn consumption but retained the central
theme in communicated in the original email. Dallas is not currently a LinkedIn user but I thought it
important that I share his words with those in the community.
John Immel
In this current culture where we are trying to do even more with less, I wanted to take a
moment to express my extreme satisfaction with the training I have received from John Immel.
His ability to encompass very diverse technical competency levels in a single classroom is not
something that is easy to find. I have gone to a couple of his training classes with undeveloped
expectations and he has blown me away. Not just the learning I have experienced but the care
he takes in helping others learn is very apparent to me. It is very probable that he is causing
people here to learn, even if they have not bought into the learning process. That is not an easy
accomplishment and I think we should be very cognizant of what we have in John.
If you are thinking of training within your organization consider this: I have heard many times
when going through reorganizations and downsizing, “You can’t shrink your way to the growth
we are looking for” (paraphrased).
Take Care,
Dallas Moore
