3. Introduction
Dairy Management System is a website ,which helps the users to
order milk and milk products online.
Existing System
Traditional Dairy Management consist of agencies, sub agencies
etc. The customer has to visit the dealers for information about the
products and to place orders. In this growing world, time is
insufficient for man and he, in search of better facilities find the
traditional ways tedious and time consuming.
Proposed System
The proposed system is designed in such a way to avoid the
limitations of existing system. The proposed system provides the
facilities of registration and placing an order from any place a
person is,via the Internet. He can view the details of milk and milk
products.

1. Login Module
This function is used to login to an account.
2. User Registration Module
This function is used to get access to the system as an user by
registering into the system by providing various details
required.
3. Profile Update Module
This function is for updating the details of organizations/daily
users.
5. 4.Product Details Adding Module
This function is used to process the product adding function.
5. Display Order Module
This function is used to track the current status of the order
made by organizations/daily users.
6. Availability Checking Module
This function is used to check the current availability which
satisfies the given order criteria of daily user.

This function is used to order milk on daily basis by the daily
users.
8. Organization’s Agreement Handling Module
This function is used to deliver ordered milk for an agreement
period.
9. Product Booking Module
This function is used to order milk products by
organizations/daily users.
10. Product Booking Cancellation Module
This function is used to cancel the order of any milk product.
7. Conclusion
DMS is a Web Application System.
Helps to order milk and milk products online.
2 types of users :Organizations and Daily Users.
In future the website is modified so that the small
scale milk-producers can register in the website and sell
their milk & milk products.
