Daily Market Insight
Technical View-
We are in clear uptrend and we should ride
the NIFTY and benchmark stocks on the
long side. DO NOT SHORT NIFTY unless
NIFTY closes below 5820/5800 mark.
Monday we have boldly written that nifty
will take correction @ 5913 and today nifty
made a high of 5918 and close below 5913
with increasing volume .
Yesterday we clearly said that one can go
long above 5926(F) but nifty future opened
@ 5945 and made a high of 5958 finally
closed @ 5949 meanwhile it made a low of
5928 but not able to cross the level of 5926
with increased volume.
The 50-share Nifty jumped past the 5,900
mark for the first time since April 2011 as
Indian markets got off to a robust start on
Outlook for the day Wednesday. Sentiment was also broadly
positive ahead of the crucial vote on foreign
direct investment in multi-brand retail in
parliament due later in the day.
Intraday traders can go long above 5955
with the support of 5926,5916 and 5890
Fundamental View- where the resistance is 6010 and 6110.
The NSE benchmark Nifty finally managed to close above INDICES LTP Change % Change
the 5,900 mark today on strong buying as investors bet on NIFTY
FDI in multi-brand retail trade getting approval in the Lok 5900.50 11.25 019%

The rupee also gained against the dollar tracking losses in CNX

The option data suggests that the market participants are currently
visualizing the 6000 mark on the higher side. Very high CALL writing at
6000 Strike price will stop market to move beyond 6000 mark. On the other
side we can see equal PUT writings on 5500 to 5800 strike price. This
indicates that NIFTY down move would be restricted below 5800 mark. Last
session’s option data indicated that NIFTY can have a range of 5800 and
6000 in near term.
