His responsibilities included providing technical support, identifying output improvement opportunities, evaluating metallurgical projects, supporting equipment design, and consulting with other personnel to optimize plant performance. He ceased employment due to a redundancy in his position.

To whom it may concern,
This letter is to confirm that Junice Dacalos was employed with Crushing Services
International (CSI) on a permanent full-time basis as a Metallurgist on the Poondano Mining
project.
Junice commenced employment with the Company on 15 October 2008 and ceased
employment on 28 August 2014 due to his position being made redundant.
Whilst employed with CSI, his responsibilities included:
 Providing technical support to the management team;
 Identifying, investigating and implementing output improvement opportunities;
 Evaluating, developing and progressing various metallurgical projects;
 Supporting and advancing critical equipment design; and
 Consulting with other Technical Personnel in the mine in order to optimise plant
performance
