2. 1) First while we have stress we must avoid Caffeine, Alcohol and
Nicotine for our good.
Imagine that you have stress: ‘’DON’T TOUCH ALCOHOL , CAFFEINE
AND NICOTINE’’.

3. 2) We must include physical activities in our every day lives.
Gymnastic is also good for keeping fit.
There are simple things that you must do, like playing basketball or
football with your friends.

4. 3) We should get more sleep (7-8 hours) to relax from stress.
When you have stress you can also go to your bed and sleep.

5. 4) We ought to try relaxation techniques.
When you are stressed, find something that can relax you.

6. 5) We have to talk to someone immediately when we are very
stressed.
If you are a kid, you should talk to your parents and if you are an
adult, you should talk to a friend.

7. 6) We could keep an every day diary.
While you have a problem that cause you stress write it in your diary.

8. 7) We must learn to say ‘’NO’’ when it is necessary.
When you want something that it isn’t good for you,
YOU MUST SAY “NO’’

9. 8) We must manage our time.
Every morning we have to organize our day, because it is important
for a good day.

10. 9) We have to take control of our daily life.
