A response to some nasty comments received on my blog by one individual

2. Cyber Bullies Hi everyone, It is a sad day when I’m forced to write a blog about bullying and particularly Cyber Bullying because one of my blogs has been viciously attacked. I started this site to inspire others so together we would make this world a better place. I knew there would be different opinions, but what still shocks me is that some adults and children out there don’t want a happy world and all they want to do is to put others down.

3. Today… The admin area of my site has received several comments. Most are fantastic but one is from a child who was apparently a student at my school and his comments are truly not nice at all. In fact they are foul. Below is the only comment I can share due to the swearing and racial nature… “HA HA HOW RUBBISH CAN A WEBSITE GET U R SUCH A SHOW OFF. U SADDO WRITING ABOUTBULLYING AND HOW THEY NEVER WIN CAUSE THAT DOESN’T STOP ANYONE FROM BULLYING U”

4. “All cruelty springs from weakness” (Seneca, 4BC-AD65) Now I can deal with these offensive comments in many ways: I could report him to the necessary authorities for cyber bullying. I could retaliate via my blog, Facebook, direct on email or use their IP Address (Yes, I have access to all these!). I could choose to forgive him. What would you do?

5. I say – Choose forgiveness I choose forgiveness. Aadam, I FORGIVE YOU! It is not his fault, in fact it is not the fault of any bully. Research it yourself, you too will find the description on the internet that bullies are: emotionally immature and emotionally untrustworthy glib, shallow and superficial with plenty of fine words and lots of form, but no substance not to be trusted or relied upon spiritually dead greedy, selfish,parasites and are emotional vampires always takers and never a givers

6. Cyber bullying Like any bully a cyber bully gets a perverse sense of satisfaction and even gratification from what they do. Cyber bullies hide behind technology but even the simplest hacking locates them. They use texts on unregistered phones, “flame” and hate mail. For those that don’t know flame mail are emails where the contents are designed to inflame and enrage. Whereas hate mail are written from pure hatred including prejudice, racism, sexism etc.

7. Hate mail I have met my cyber bully, although only once and I find it amazing that he feels it necessary to comment with such pure hatred in his heart. I truly wish that he is never attacked in this manner by anyone. Most child bullies do so because they don’t like themselves very much, is this the case with my cyber bully…? So to my only cyber bully, to all bullies and to those who follow the bullies, I urge you to seek help through www.Samaritans.org They will help you to like yourself again

8. To all bullies I forgive and pray for you. I hope that you will grow in the future so you too will make this world a better place. Only you have the power to be a better person, if you choose to. 9. To all those who are being bullied I have chosen not to be bullied because I haven’t given them the power to do so. I want all of you to do the same. I have created a support network. 10. Now move on and learn to be happy Dear Bullies, I hope you will soon discover that there is a better world when you look for joy rather than hatred and bitterness. I am quite sure that this will not be the only offensive comment I will receive. I have moved on, as I am here to inspire not hate. Why don’t you do the same.
