This document describes the process and equipment for a small chocolate factory production line. It outlines 9 key steps to producing chocolates including melting, tempering, molding, filling, cooling and demolding. The proposed setup includes an automatic tempering machine, filling machine, cooling tables, molds and other small equipment. With two people working 8 hours a day, the projected production capacity is 100-120kg of chocolates per day. Training and shipping services are also offered.
