President
Scott J. McCormick, Connected Vehicle Trade Association, sjm@connectedvehicle.org
Scott has degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, a Master’s in Business
Administration, and Doctoral Research in Artificial Intelligence. Prior to being the
President of the Connected Vehicle Trade Association, Scott was the Executive
Director of the Automotive Multimedia Interface Collaboration, a nonprofit
research organization of the world’s largest automakers. Prior to these positions, he was
General Electric’s Factory with a Future Program Manager for both Transportation and Aircraft
Engine Business Divisions, implementing over $1 billion in advanced automation and systems.
Scott is the Chairman of the Global Telematics Forum and a member of Advisory Board of
University of California, Berkeley’s Transportation Sustainability Research Center (TSRC). In
2012, and again in 2014, Scott was appointed by the Secretary of Transportation to the ITS
Program Advisory Committee to advise the Secretary on matters relating to the study,
development, and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems.

Ms. Shuman is an experienced Corporate Strategy professional, with twenty
year track record of building corporate and industry value. She has partnered
with global leaders to deliver ground-breaking new products and ventures in
the global automotive, call center, telecommunications, quick service
restaurant, IT professional services, location-based services, telematics, and
Internet arenas. Professional roles have included strategic planning for
established and start-up ventures, as well as marketing management, software product
management and industry relations.

Mr. Andrews is the Managing Partner of Cogenia Partners, LLC, a technical
consulting firm providing systems engineering, technical expert and strategic
analysis services to the automotive and mobile computing industries. He is
currently the Chief System Architect for the VII Consortium elements of the
US DOT Vehicle Infrastructure Integration program, a large scale effort to
apply modern computing and communications technologies to improve
vehicle safety, transportation mobility, and driver convenience. Prior to founding Cogenia
Partners, he was Founder and CEO of Cogenia, Inc, an enterprise software company aimed at
providing the next generation of mobile information solutions to vehicles and handheld
computing devices.

Elaina Farnsworth is CEO and Founder of Mobile Comply. She is passionate
about showing professionals how to leverage the power of Mobile and teaching
them how to reach their audiences through proper strategic planning. Elaina
passionately believes that consumers and automotive professionals with a
mobile phone accessing, sharing, and utilizing mobile products, services, and
information is the real key to transforming the global economy. She is a speaker and thought
leader in the Mobile Industry and works together with companies to include best practices and
mobile principles to launch effective solutions. Ms. Farnsworth recently launched a curriculum
series “Demystifying Mobile” as an easy-to-understand guide to help businesses and
organizations get started in mobile. She uses these concepts to help professionals create a new
opportunity and establish a new connection in the industries of automotive, insurance, and
healthcare.

Linda Senigaglia brings a fresh perspective to the complexities of location based
services and telematics. She is an accomplished executive with expertise from
serving in key business development, product marketing, product management,
and sales positions with leading companies in the ecosystemand value chain,
such as Nokia, Magellan, TeleNav, iGo™ My Way, and Navigation
Solutions. Linda utilizes her understanding of location based services, telematics, consumer
electronics, and competitive market intelligence to develop strategic business partnerships, and
create and execute successful growth strategies for Hertz corporate accounts.

Helen Koo, Managing Director and China Chief Representative of CVTA
Member Crestridge Consulting, a fully owned subsidiary of the Los Angeles
based Chen & Fan Accountancy, the largest Chinese owned accounting firm in
the U.S. operating since 1972. Crestridge Consulting has been providing Sino-
U.S. cross border investments, mergers and acquisitions services to China listed
companies since 2003. Helen relocated from Los Angeles to Shanghai in 2008
and has been in charge of the China market for Crestridge Consulting. Prior to relocating to
Shanghai, Helen worked as Vice President in Los Angeles for leading financial institutions
including Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch and Coutts, the world’s oldest private bank currently under
Royal Bank of Scotland. Her experiences in the U.S. financial services arena spanned over 20
years and covered the areas of commercial banking, private banking, and asset management.
Helen was in particular valuable to many Chinese owned businesses in the U.S. with her
bilingual and bi-culture background. Since 1986, among her clients were some of the most
well-known China companies and families. Helen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Management from Kean University in New Jersey. She also received her MBA degree in Finance
from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Captain Shivaji Mahadkar is a graduate and an alumnus of the National Defense
Academy, India, and the Indian Military Academy, India. After premature
retirement from the Indian Army, Shivaji settled down in Mumbai and ventured
into Business. His commercial interests spread over a wide spectrum of
activities ranging from Human Resources to Manufacturing, Travel & Tourism
to Exports and from Hospitality to Winery. Shivaji Mahadkar held the office of
the General Secretary of the Sainik Cell of the Maharastra Pradesh Congress Committee from
1991 to 1998. As a trustee of some of the leading Public Educational Trusts, he has made an
enormous contribution to the cause of Education in India. During his tenure as elected
Honorary Secretary and Managing Trustee of All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society, he
resurrected the almost 100 year old education society from a near state of dormancy, into one
of the most forward thinking, proactive educational organization and catapulted it to the top
slot of Education Conglomerate’s in the City of Pune, India. As the CEO of the Indo German
Competence Academy Pvt. Ltd., Shivaji Mahadkar is currently spearheading Skill Development
Programs in India designed as per the German Dual System of Vocational Education and
Training. He is a pioneer of Skill Development in the Waste Water Sector in India. The pilot VET
program for Waster Water commenced in Pune, India in January 2016.
4. SAE Liaison to the Connected Vehicle Trade Association Mary Doyle,
Global Ground Vehicle Standards, Standards and Business Development, Connected

Mary Doyle is responsible for SAE activities related to automated, connected,
and intelligent transportation systems within SAE International's Global Ground
Vehicle Sector. This includes passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and off-
road vehicles. She is a liaison to SAE's Aerospace standards activities including
SAE's Joint Architecture for Unmanned Systems and Integrated Vehicle Health
Management committees. Most recently Mary is responsible for launching a new
IoT Standards Steering Committee for SAE. She is also a liaison to ISO TC204 WG
14, 16, 17, and 18 and participates in ITS America's new V2I Deployment Coalition, specifically
TWG3 covering Infrastructure Operator, OEM, and Supplier Partnerships and TWG5
Deployment Standards. She is also SAE's liaison for the Automated Working Group under the
Center for Automotive Research.
