• Provide and input data on 6 panel projects to determine route cause.

Prior to becoming Manufacturing Quality Engineer I was responsible for the in process testing of a
wide range of components for customers such as Jaguar, Toyota, Ford, Volvo, Rover and Honda.
Tests comprise from climatic durability testing to static load testing as well as general function tests.
Upon completion of testing a full report to be produced highlighting any problems that may have
occurred, if so issuing deviations to the relevant product teams. Other duties include I.S.I.R for new
products as well as modifications to existing products, Warranty analysis, Customer concerns and
production support if required.
