Responsibility:
a) Review the submittal, drawing specification and forward to QA/QC department.
b) Review drawing, specifications, BOQ, send inquiry, take quotation, review quotation and finalized the
sub-contractor/supplier, accordingly issue the sub-contract agreement/LPO.
c) Coordinate with the Operation / Planning Departments and prepare the Procurement Log.
d) Review and certify the sub-contractor/supplier invoice
e) Reviews and negotiates the Variation orders submitted by Subcontractors.
f) To carryout rate analysis.
g) Prepare the client progressive invoice.
h) Negotiation prices and terms and condition and finalizing with Suppliers / Subcontractors.
i) Coordination with Commercial Manager to finalize the Payment Terms, Programme and other important
terms with the Supplier / Subcontractor based on the Site requirements, Cash Flow and Main Contract
Documents.
j) To check and prepare the variation for the client submission & approval
k) Following the Subcontractors work at site to assure their execution is according to Specification,
Drawings and Subcontract Agreement
l) To review drawing, specification, boq for the tender and evaluation of Tender BOQ.
